Fitness Classes Scedule

   We run fitness classes every weekday evening and on a Saturday morning. We run a mixture of circuit classes, HIIT sessions, boxing sessions and core sessions, with 8 sessions per week there is plenty to get stuck into. Keep an eye on the development of phase 2 where we will be expanding our fitness classes.

Weightlifting

   Everyone who enters our weightlifting sessions is guaranteed results through our strength and conditioning memberships which includes a bespoke training program and constant assessments from our coaches with additional optional body composition support should your goals require it or you would just like it for yourself. You will never need to walk in a gym again unsure of your what to do!
